not many are necessary and I don't want to select those without necessity ー to keep membership prices affordable & fair but... below are the available slots
Benefits

Free Membership
you & your spouse or one friend are entitled to free membership for the duration of the contract
Flexible Schedule
you are able to work when you feel comfortable; however, you must submit your own schedules & schedule changes in advance otherwise face penalties for yourself and the team
One-Time Entry Passes
the $10 that a person pays to access the gym on a one-time entry pass is entirely kept by you
Bounties
you are awarded a $10 commission upon discovering an unauthorized entry; and a $30 commission upon discovering an unauthorized entry off-shift
Competition
One of the most demanding roles of the Mechs is to properly inform, communicate, and guide members on the ways of this gym. For those in the team adept at this, comes reward.

・round-trip flight to/from Japan and Saipan

Calculation
points will be calculated and tallied on 12.31 for the yearly count and by the last day of the month, midnight, for the monthly count //
2nd Place / Year
・one-way flight to/from Japan and Saipan
・if choosing to visit my "Ice Gym"... Accommodation, transport, food, activities (skiing, bears, etc.) will also be provided
1st Place / Month
・increase to $15~20/hour for the following month
・Mech In-Repair is ineligible to compete

Monthly Eat Out
... STAGE ZERO:
If all team members can avoid causing harm to members or the facilities, then that's reward in and of itself.
... STAGE ONE:
a) If there are less than or equal to (1) NO-SHOWS, (3) LATES, and (3) SAME-DAY SCHEDULE CHANGES, then $50.00 will be contributed from gym funds for an Eat Out.
... STAGE TWO:
b) in addition to (a), if there are less than or equal to (0) NO-SHOWS, (2) LATES, and (2) SAME-DAY SCHEDULE CHANGES, then $100.00 will be contributed from gym funds for an Eat Out.
... STAGE THREE:
c) in addition to (a) and (b), if there are less than or equal to (0) NO-SHOWS, (1) LATES, and (0) SAME-DAY SCHEDULE CHANGES, then $150.00 will be contributed from gym funds for an Eat Out.
Incidents will be tallied at the end of each month and the Eat Out will take place during the next month, if not STAGE ZERO.
Requirements

Trial
you must complete a one-hour trial to demonstrate your skills and capabilities before recruitment is considered
Intellect & Communication
you are required to be able to promptly use technology & software to communicate and complete tasks
[ smartphone is required ]
Accountability
you must be aware of the possible consequences of your actions or inaction; specifically in regards to finances, time management, behavior, rule enforcement, understanding and executing instructions
[ above all, autonomy is highly prized and respected among the team ]
