A refund is no longer possible once a membership term has begun.

However, the cancellation fee is ($0) and there are no additional costs. 

There is also no expectation to renew membership if a membership card expires, is canceled, suspended, or terminated.

Example Cases:

​

Member (Johnny) purchased an On-Demand, 30-Day membership for $30 on 11/01/2022. 

The membership countdown begins when the membership card is updated (0~72 hours after payment or registration with staff)..

4 days later, on 11/05/2022, Johnny requests a cancellation and refund.

No cancellation procedures are required because Johnny purchased an On-Demand, 30-Day membership. 

No refund is possible as Johnny has already begun his membership; regardless if Johnny accessed Drifter's Gym or not.

The same policy applies to One-Time, 365 Day, and Subscription, Monthly.

In the case of One-Time, 365 Day, this membership plan is sold at a discounted cost so it is purchased with an agreement in understanding this refund policy.  In the case of Subscription, Monthly, the user may simply cancel their subscription via their PayPal app or login. There is no cancellation fee.

There is no expectation to renew the membership term nor will there be additional payments processed. 

However, once again, once a membership term begins, a refund is not possible.

The same policy applies to members who realize they qualify for "Free Membership."

Once the membership term begins, a refund will not be processed.

However, for example, if purchasing an On-Demand, 30-Day membership and realizing you qualify for "Free Membership," simply let the current On-Demand, 30-Day membership term expire and apply for "Free Membership" afterward, which will be processed, if eligible.

// Member (Kevin) is a 30% or more VA Disabled Veteran, Kevin qualifies for free membership.

However, Kevin realizes this a week after paying. Kevin is reminded of the Refund Policy, allows his On-Demand, 30-Day membership to expire, applies for "Free Membership," and receives a 365-day free membership term due to his qualifying factors from the beginning of the next day following his current paid membership term's expiration.

This Refund Policy applies to all membership plans.

There is absolutely no refund in the case of membership suspension or termination. 

There is absolutely no refund if the member is found in violation of the Rules & Liability policies or no longer agrees with the Rules & Liability policies initially agreed upon when completing a purchase.

Any approved refund will be charged a 20% admin fee.
